Pregnancy: Your "hormonal problem" is typically referred to as pregnancy. The reason your test turned positive is because you're pregnant, which altered some hormones, including hCG. Go see your Family Doc, OB or Planned Parenthood for prenatal care or to discuss your options.

Positive is positive: If the pregnancy test is positive then there is a pregnancy, with the rare exception of certain tumors. That does not mean that it is necessarily a normal pregnancy that will continue. "Hormone problems" will not give a positive pregnancy test.
