A member asked:

If during intercourse siemen entered inside me properly and not a single drop fall outside, can i expect positive pregnancy result with guaranty?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not necessarily: To be pregnant you have to be ovulating, if you were not ovulating when the semen entered then the change of pregnancy is almost nil, also people who are infertile may not be pregnant even after all the sperm enters their uterus, therefore there is no guarantee.
