Persistent Hormone: Hcg is persistent and may indicate an unsuccessful medical termination or possibly a new pregnancy. You should be seen by your provider for quantitative hormone levels and ultrasound for further evaluation.

Get a blood HCG test: You need a quantitative blood HCG pregnancy test that can tell how much HCG is left in your system rather than a simple plus or minus. If that value is rising or not falling, the md needs to look at a ectopic source of the pregnancy(tubal).

See gynecologist!: It is not normal to still have detectable pregnancy hormones a month after an abortion before 7 weeks (medical). See your gynecologist to make sure you don't have a molar pregnancy asap! best of luck!
