Probiotics : Probiotics and methods to help regular daily bowel movements to re-balance your GI system would be a good start. Avoiding foods that cause you the most gas and cramping (dairy? Cabbage? Broccoli? Beans?) is another step. Beyond this, an evaluation by your doctor may be in order.
