Depends on cause: Stomach ache can have many causes - for example, it can be infectious (goes along with your fever), like a viral gastroenteritis. Stomach bug symptoms usually last 5-7 days. Having a mild diet, no alcohol, staying hydrated is best. Extended fevers, bloody diarrhea, increasing abdominal pain is cause for concern.
