What should i do about pooled blood after an ankle cast is removed?

Nothing: It is typical for blood to pool toward the bottom of the foot after a trauma. This will resolve on its own in time. Just drink lots of water and stay active, that will help it resolve sooner. Good luck.

Elevate.: Elevate your leg as much as possible, particularly when you sleep at night. Ice the ankle , 20 minutes at a time, 3-4 times/day, to reduce swelling.
