I wouldn't be: It does take quite a while for you to get to the coughing stage if you did get pertussis, but the treatment your OB gave you should stop it if it from progressing. Your risk is minor, although this can produce a persistent cough and it cannot travel in your blood to baby now.If you were symptomatic and spreading the germ after birth, baby would be at risk,not the case now.
