I have a sore spot on my forehead. my phone hit it from a distance(above). it's been sore since. any remedies i can use to treat this ?

Herbal: My favorite thing to use for sore spots and bruises is Arnica gel which works to soothe the area and help heal the bruises much more quickly than they would heal on their own. I know I can find it easily in our drug stores here, I hop you can find it there in South Africa as well. Best wishes!

When did it happen?: You don't say when the injury occurred. A bruise can take about 7-14 days to heal, sooner on the face and head than elsewhere on the body.
