Antibiotics: If it's an infected zit, you may need to have antibiotics either applied topically or taken orally. The best way to handle it, tho, would be to keep your hands away from it to prevent superinfection. Chances are it may erupt on its own or just regress. If getting worse or you are concerned, see your doc.
