I'm having extreme pain and discomfort in my upper right chest cavity. i'm almost sure that it is gas. it's not the 1st time, and it lasts for days.

Chest discomfort: While constipation or "gas" can cause discomfort in your chest, it almost should never be severe or extreme. Gas is usually associated with belching or stomach distension. Sometimes a diaphragmatic hernia can present as gaseous distension or pain in your chest area.
