Hi,i would like to know does laser ablation destroys the brain tissue or not.

If you are asking: as a possible type of tumor resection, the laser will still destroy normal brain tissue but it is normally done to spare as much brain tissue as possible by being accurate. However, there is no way to remove a brain tumor that doesn't have some affect on surrounding brain tissue.
