A member asked:

Left leg feeling numb and tingly when i walk. is this because i smoke cigarettes and am on birth control?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Vascular or neural: Resrricted blood flow to the muscles due to blockage or narrowing of arteries as well as nerve irritation somewhere in the leg can cause these symptoms. Smoking makes matters worse, especially the vascular. If symptoms persist, check wiith your dr.
