Get checked: Get in for evaluation. Lump may take quite a while to go away - it may never go away completely. See the MD for follow-up to rule out a possible concussion. Not something to fool around with or put off until later. Go tomorrow and find out your status and any needed treatment options and any further follow -ups. Tell them you are in pain after the trauma. Good Luck.

Head injury: After even trivial head injuries, post traumatic symptoms of headache and lightheadedness may go on for days, but with frequent and more severe headaches, lightheadedness, vomiting, drowsiness, confusion or visual disturbance an evaluation by a physician is needed to check for serious post concussion complications such as subdural hematoma.

You should see doctor: as this sounds like a serious head injury. Concussion could certainly give these symptoms. You should consider a CT to be sure nothing is on going. Once the possibility of injury to the bones and brain excluded then care can begin . Best wishes
