Unknown w/o analysis: It is impossible to give you an answer without the assessment of both you and your partner's reproductive systems. A sperm analysis for him and basic testing of your various "parts" for you. If you are unable to conceive by year two with unprotected intercourse then consider seeing a Fertility MD. You are still only 22 years of age and there is plenty of time for conception.

Maybe: There are many factors that have to happen to conceive. If you are actively trying not to conceive then you might be doing it right. I would not be worried about infertility unless you are actively trying TO conceive and have not done so in 1 year.

Could be: About 70% of couples get pregnant at your age in the first 4-5 months. If you are still having problems it is best to see a fertility doctor. They can provide easy answers.
