Does a 7 week old fetus sleep?

A human 7-week fetus is described as being the size of a blueberry. He or she doesn't do much of anything (except grow). In order to sleep, there must be recurring "awake" periods, because sleep is the time in between "awake" periods. It will probably happen months later.
