I've been prescribed sertraline and also take naproxen as and when required is it ok as read small print and says to tell doctor ,should i worry ?

Drug interaction: 'Using sertraline together with naproxen may increase the risk of bleeding. The interaction may be more likely if you are elderly or have kidney or liver disease.' (http://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=1690-0,2057-1348). This doesn't mean you can't take them together - but you should advise your doctor.
