No: Bedtime is a really common time for one to experience palpitations as you are typically relaxed and not distracted. Palpitations may be more noticeable when you are in the recumbent position as well. Taking your MVI (multivitamin) in the evening is a timing coincidence; MVI (multivitamin)s are not associated with palpitations You could experiment by taking the MVI (multivitamin) in the morning.
