Spleen: LUQ the home of the spleen, you need to have a CT scan of the abdomen to visualize the spleen. the other possibility is your colon. the end of the transverse colon, and the beginning of the left colon is in LUQ, colonoscopy could clear that area. tail of the pancreas is there, and that will be cleared by the CT scan that was done for the spleen last is stomach and that need upper endoscopy.

Gallbladder removed 3/6/23. Before the removal my liver enzymes had been slowly increasing and are now ALT 193 AST 133 Bilirubin 0.6. Alk Phos normal. CT scan and US were normal. No fever. Could this be a bile duct obstruction?
I have been having LUQ abdominal pain for 4 days. ABdominal ultrasound showed my spleen, pancreas, gallbladder, & kidneys to be fine.What could it be?
