No: Saline entered a sinus cavity behind the bridge of your nose, the pressure will dissipate. It may help to treat sinus congestion to facilitate clearance. Afrin (oxymetazoline) otc can be helpful, but should be used at physicians discretion and not for more than 3 days (unless instructed to do so). Also, try the squeeze bottle for saline rinses, it allows better control of velocity of rinse and can use upright
