Don't take amox: You definitely should not self-treat with amoxicillin. First, amoxicillin isn't usually a good drug for UTI. Second, it may not be UTI; azithromycin maybe triggered a yeast infection, which amox could worsen. Third, depending on why azithro was prescribed, e.g. for chlamydia or other STD, maybe that's the cause of the apparent UTI symptoms. Contact your doctor and take it from there. Good luck!
