Pelvis: Sharp pains in both ovaries would be unusual. If the discomfort involves the entire lower abdomen and persists with associated tenderness, have an examination by your Physician or gynecologist to check for pelvic inflammation,an ovarian problem,appendicitis,diverticulitis,etc.
