Not sure: Pelvic pain can be from a number of things, not just the ovaries. I'd recommend you see your gyn for an exam. Good luck.

Be cautious: Your symptoms may be as innocent as a remaining simple ovarian cyst from your previous ovulation, but also they may be symptoms of a possible ectopic pregnancy. An ectopic pregnancy is a pregnancy that has implanted not in the uterus but possibly the fallopian tube and it would potentially make your menses delayed, lighter, or even absent. It can also cause pain. If the pain continues please have a doctor evaluate you.
