Tinnitus + Fatigue : this is called tinnitus which can be present for many reasons. Some of what you describe is what we often see in people who have fatigue. The large amount of alcohol can also be contributing to these issues. We need to discuss this with your physician. You will need to be evaluated depending on the length of the symptoms.
