My stool came out hard like rocks, but then turned to bright green, foul smelling, and slightly loose. what foods/conditions could be causing this?

It wasn't food: That caused your symptoms. The stool behind a hard impaction is liquidy. Colonic bacteria produce methane, a foul smelling gas. Having an impaction allows those bacteria to metabolize the dwelling food and create gas. Their peoducts can change the color of stool.
