Please see your doc.: You need to see your doctor to establish what is going on. Smaller frequent meals may help you to be more comfortable. You may need to see a GI specialist and be placed on medication.

GERD: Sounds like you have Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease to me. This is treated with antacids like chewable tablets or liquids, histamine blockers like ranitidine or proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole.
