Ethnicity is Arabic: In America, Arabic is often not on the list of ethnicity choices. One can chose "Other", "Middle-eastern", or "Decline to state". America is a free country where many people of different ethnicities intermarry, making it less and less important what ethnicity one chooses on a form. Arabic means a person can trace her ancestry to people originally from the Arabian peninsula, regardless of religion.
