Observational Data: Most medical data is observational, on the first step toward possible understanding yet always limited by sampling issues & group sizes. Yet conclusions from observational data are often misleading. Presumably the differences are due to a combination of beliefs, behaviors, foods, eating & activity patterns, possibly also genes, no one really knows, still theories. Study science for smart people.
