Not tetanus: Although you may need to be immunized against tetanus, but not for this condition. You have a recurring skin infection that is most likely caused by staph bacteria. A proper hygiene and using antibacterial soap usually makes it go away. Sometimes you need to treat inside your nose with the help of a prescription cream. This bacteria easily gets away from being destroyed by living inside nose.
