Yes but not b/c HPV: While it's possible to lose one's sex drive (libido), it won't be due to HPV or any other sexually transmitted disease/infection, at least not directly as a result of infection. With that said, complications from STD/STI eg pain or just emotional distress from chronic infection could certainly affect your libido negatively. Go see your Family Doc for complete evaluation.
