See a doctor: getting sterilized should not have any effect on your periods, so the fact that you are having irregular periods and spotting is already a problem that needs to be evaluated. The combination of that problem with the hair growth makes me wonder if you do not have polycystic ovarian syndrome, which can be associated with obesity. would be happy to discuss this more in consultation.
