Clinical correlation: Since the fine needle aspiration (small sample which may not be representative) is not conclusive, it is necessary that your physician weighs the options based on other clinical symptoms. However, with a large mass like this, it is probably wise to excise the mass with adequate margin an have it examined completely by the pathologist
