I have excessive thirst that seems to only be quenched if i drink electrolyte fluids such as g2. i almost feinted a few times before. what could it be? kidney issue? diabetes?

Needs eval: Excessive thirst and low weight is certainly concerning for diabetes. In diabetes blood sugar levels can get very high, which can cause your body to lose lots of fluid in your urine, making you dehydrated. Please see a doctor ASAP to have this evaluated!

Yes could be a sign: Yes this could be a sign you should get evaluated by her primary care physician who will do lab work and assessment of your symptoms
