It depends: A good DNA fragmentation Index (DFI) should be less than 15%. But when the DFI is between 25-50% than the integrity of sperm DNA is fair to poor. Any thing >30% IVF would help. But if you want a natural pregnancy it might be difficult at this percentage. But it is not impossible just harder. I would you speak with your fertility specialist regarding what your options would be. Good Luck :)

Consult needed: There are too many factors involved in a natural pregnancy to give you an answer. Sperm DNA fragmentation is only a fragment and although 34% is abnormal (fair quality), it does not mean that you can't have a normal pregnancy as this number is a point in time and can be altered by many factors, i.e. smoking, infection, varicocele, environmental exposures, diet, etc.
