More details needed: if you have had to successful vaginal deliveries before, it would be a terrible shame for you to need a cesarean section. It might even be worth it for you to undergo two versions if the first doesn't work. More details needed ,if baby is transverse, is the back facing your back or your belly? it is easier for your doctor to move a baby's butt than a baby's limb. consult with your doctor.

Depends: depends on gestational age, baby's weight and your weight. transverse to cephalic has higher success than breech to cephalic
