Nsaid toxicity: The toxic dose is 400mg/kg, which would probably be about 20-40 pills for your youngster. That said, it is always wise to call poison control hotline in cases such as these. Signs of toxic ingestion include confusion, changes in breathing, passing out, slow heart rate, seizure.
