All the right moves: Since it sounds like you're doing all the right things (are you also stretching several times a day and avoiding flat footed shoes and activities that aggravate it?) then yes, I think getting another shot of a steroid and anesthetic would be your best next move. Otherwise you may need to consider a cast or even shock wave therapy. Talk to your doctor about these options if necessary. Best wishes!

Modifying : Arch support. Night splint to sleep with, ice roll, stretching. Do that for 1 month and it should resolve. Shot is okay but once every 4 month. Usually 5 % of my patients need a shot. Most resolve with conservative treatment
