Could be: We can not diagnosis the exact cause of pain in a specific case online. It is certainly common for a 30 week uterus to cause some discomfort in the ribs and side. You should confirm with your obgyn at your next visit. If your pain is severe, if your blood pressure is elevated or your have nausea and vomiting you should be evaluated immediately.
