Stinging behind eye: Depending on risk factors, could be due to: (most common to least): dry eye/blocked meibomian gland [see eyedoc2020@blogspot.com "lid hygiene" for more details on how to treat[; headache/migraine; sinusitis; iritis/uveitis; narrow angle (rare); mass/tumor (very rare). See eyeMD if persists for dilated exam & pentacam (depending on meds you take & risks).
