There : There can be many causes for pain occurring behind the eyes. The more common include: sinusitis, dry eyes, orbital inflammatory syndrome, scleritis, optic neuritis, and cranial nerve palsy. I recomend to see your primary doctor and an ophthalmologist. Make sure you check with your health insurance as well. If you don't have a pcp, the insurance will help you getting one! good luck to you.

This : This does not sound like a focus problem that could be helped with simple glasses from the drugstore. You need to see your primary doctor and an ophthalmologist to rule out inflammation in the sinuses vs. Inflammation in the eyes.

If : If it hurts that much, you need a full evaluation. Please go visit your local ophthalmologist to rule out any serious condition.
