Continue eval: Who is ordering the tests? ER or pediatrician? In either case, call the pediatrician to give this update. S/he may want to see him today given the new symptoms, or may have advice based on the ongoing workup, additional symptoms/exam findings and suspected diagnoses. Asthma is a consideration not diagnosed by the tests you mentioned; but there are other possibilities as well. Be vigilant.
