Infection?: A certain amount of vaginal odor is normal. Particularly strong odor, especially if fishy or with discharge, suggests an infection such as bacterial vaginosis or trichomonas. Diet isn't known to affect vaginal odor. Odor is very subjective, and one person's "sweetish sour" might be another's "fishy". If this is a definite change, it would be best to see your doctor and get it checked out.
