Probably nothing: Vaginal yeast infections have few complications, and probably nothing serious would happen, just continuing discomfort. But are you sure it's yeast? The main symptom is itching; discharge or odor suggests another problem, including STDs. And some yeast infections are due to underlying health problems, expecially diabetes. Best to see a doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck.
