Macrobid allergy: Yes, this as with all antibiotics and medications, could cause an allergy. Some allergies are more severe than others. I would stop taking the macrobid immediately and call your doctor. If you have trouble breathing, or worsening of any kind you need to get to an ER fast. Call 911 if any doubts.
