Do not worry: Rarely is this type of trauma significant enough to cause problem within the hard skull. If the headache is not improving by now, or worsening; or if you notice weakness/loss of control of fingers or legs, vision changes, or confusion; then you would want to rush to the ER.

How easy is it to get a second concussion after the first? While recovering from a mild one, 5 days later I hit my head again. I felt no symptoms from my first one anymore didn't pass put or anything else but it picked a small headache back up again.
Headaches starting at back of head that goes down into neck. Neck stiffness and pain. Nausea, low appetite. CT w/diff was normal. Lab work normal. Migraines ruled out. Sufferend neck injury in 2002 when I was thrown onto floor and hit head/neck.
