Common: Half of all pregnancies have some spotting in the first trimester. Of these half go on to have perfectly normal babies and we never know what happened.The other half end up with miscarriages which are usually because there was something the matter with the baby.If your GP says it is fine I would trust that it is. Remember,even if u do miscarry,it is not something that u did or could have prevented
