Is it possible to not experience any pain at all, yet still have a bad sinus infection?

Fungal or bacterial?: It would be unusual to have a "bad" bacterial sinus infection and not have headache and/or facial pain. A fungal infection in an otherwise healthy person may not be painful. If you think you have a sinus infection, check with your primary doctor or an ent.
