Could be: it could be that your hcg levels are still elevated from your miscarriage or it could be that you are pregnant again. it takes sometimes a month or so for the hcg level to go back to normal and so the most likely explanation is that this is from your miscarriage; the only way to know is to get a quantitative hcg test now and then in a few days. if the level goes down it is from the miscarriage
