Yes: Both likely contain decongestants and are contraindicated for long-term use if you have high blood pressure. Using for acute sinus/cold symptoms is generally ok with interval of about 4-6 hours depending on the effect. Would also be ok to stick with the one that works better if taking them tomorrow.

Tylenol+Benadryl: I would not recommend Tylenol (acetaminophen) sinus + Benadryl Sinus taken only 3 hours apart because both products contain a decongestant. I suggest to go ahead and take the Tylenol (acetaminophen) Sinus as planned and then take Benadryl Plain 25 mg around 4 PM. Be careful driving because it may make you feel drowsy. I hope you feel better.
