I have an infrapattelar bursitis for over 7 months now, i tried the basic care, physiotherapy, cortisone shot did not work will this go way on its own?

Maybe: inanmsuprised you had a cortisone shot. That is usually not done for bursitis and can cause tendon rupture if put near the patella tendon. You can try steroids and NSAIDs. If it has been going on that long however you may need to just get a bursectomy. (Ie removal of the bursa surgically)
