Belly pain: It sounds like you have IBS. Pain after defecation is a classic sign of IBS. However this is a diagnosis of exclusion. You should get a colonoscopy and EGD to evaluate if you have celiac disease, a motility gut issue, a lactulose absorbption issues, or IBD. If all this is negative then one can firmly say you have IBS.
